We use this thing two or three times a day at our restaurant. We have two of them and they make perfect rice every time and are very dependable.

This item was given as a gift to my church for use in family night suppers. Its size, apparent quality construction and price were the factors that influenced its purchase. There have been no issues so far.
OMG!! REALLY?!?!?
I cannot even believe it!! I bought this in late October, didn't even use it until end of November for a catering job, and it STOPPED WORKING!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only "has the return window closed", but I am either stuck with a piece of JUNK, OR I can return it, ON MY DIME, and get 1/2 credit?!?!!??! AYKM?!?!?!? WOW!!!!! Not only will I NEVER buy another Aroma product, but I will make it my mission to make sure everyone knows just what a horrible experience I have had with this cooker!! To make matters worse, this was replacing a much smaller Aroma rice cooker that died after only 8 months, but I thought I worked it to death....guess I was WRONG!!!!!!!!!!
