Total joke
The pretzel cutter is impossible to use. The forms in the heated element are tiny and the pretzles cook up small and tough. We made some in the oven without the cooker and they were a hundred times better. We will be returning this item.
Pretty Cool
Got it for my 12 year old son for Christmas. He loved it. The pretzels were smaller then I imagined. He was able to make these without help and they were tasty.

I love this product and I am thinking of buying another of this brand. I own a treat company and these are the perfect size
