You get what you pay for...
I purchased this compatible filter because I expected this to be comparable to the original aqua filters I had ordered in the past, but I was quite disappointed. It's not as heavy a material for the filter part, and it doesn't come with the washers to prevent leaking. I am trying to return it so I can get the original filter. Even at half the price it's not worth it.
This is the filter I use on my well water.
We have a good production but shallow well. The well produces 80 gallons per min. The primary filter is a 50 micron filter
to the storage tank. This 5 micron filter is on the water supply to the house and yard. This cleans the water to crystal
clear. We are very happy with this system.

Filter performs just as good as more expensive Aquapure filter. Save money with the brand. Works well, easy to install.
